A small, tight-knit team you'll get to know by name.

Better-IT was founded in 2004 to challenge the status quo of IT support. Two decades on, we're an award-winning team certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, with our own Cyber Essentials assessors in-house.

We're a customer service company that happens to do IT. When you call, you reach people who care whether you were looked after, not just whether the ticket was closed.
