How to access help
and our other resources

We wanted to share the best ways for you to get help.

We call each request for help a “Service Request”, and there are four ways in which you can get that Service Request through to us:


Microsoft Teams

The quickest and easiest way to contact us is using our Support Button, which is integrated directly into Microsoft Teams.With one click, you’ll be able to contact us about a range of issues as well as access Training and your Better-IT Resources.



Contact This creates a Service Request immediately and you’ll receive a reply within a couple of minutes to let you know we have it.

Make sure the subject line is descriptive (e.g. “Setup new user for Frank”) and put as much information as possible in the body of the email.


Customer Portal

You’ll be able to ask for specific support and be guided through some common support requests. You can access our training here too.



If your request is urgent – or you prefer to talk rather than type – simply give us a call on 0333 202 6365, and we’ll be able to collect all the relevant details and enter a Service Request for you.
