We already have Microsoft 365. What would you actually do?
Most businesses use a fraction of what they already pay for. We audit your tenancy, tighten security, and put a plan in place to use what you own. Same licences, far more value.
Can you help our team get more out of Teams?
Yes. We include two hours of Teams and SharePoint collaboration training as part of your onboarding, and for anything deeper we bring in a Microsoft 365 specialist. It is one of the quickest ways to get more from the licences you already pay for.
Is our data safe in Microsoft 365?
Microsoft runs the platform, but securing your tenancy is your responsibility, and that is where we come in. We review your Microsoft Secure Score, close the gaps and keep it monitored.
Do we need extra backup for Microsoft 365?
Microsoft keeps the service running but retention has limits, and deleted or corrupted data is not automatically recoverable forever. You will need to check your terms and conditions, which is why we recommend proper backup in place for email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and booking a session with our Microsoft 365 specialist.
Is Copilot worth it for a business our size?
It can be, but only with the groundwork done first. Copilot surfaces whatever your permissions let it see, so governance comes before rollout. We run readiness checks, pilot it with a small group, and measure whether it earns its licence cost.
Are we on the right licences?
Possibly not, and it is one of the first things we check. Licensing gets reviewed at every quarterly business review rather than just renewed, so you are not paying for seats or plans nobody uses.
Can you migrate us from another platform?
Yes. We move businesses into Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace, older Exchange servers and file servers regularly. Mail, files and calendars come across with your team working throughout.
Who looks after it once it is set up?
A dedicated Microsoft 365 team, accountable for the tenancy end to end. It is monitored, patched and improved continuously, not set up and forgotten.
