In short, we’d like to think we can help with everything.However, the reality is that to be really great at what we do, we have to focus on supporting a core set of products and services, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and the other leading programs you use on a daily basis.By using these programs, your IT experience will generally be great, and even if any issues pop up, we’ll be able to fix them quickly and efficiently to get you back up and running.We also ‘eat our own cake’ by meaning that we run our own business (and all our other clients’ businesses) on these same products.

We pride ourselves on our troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and are more than happy to help wherever possible.Please bear in mind that products outside our core products may take us a little longer to familiarise ourselves with to support them effectively (and this may be billed separately to your agreement – no problem to check with us if you are unsure).Should you ask us about something entirely outside our skill and experience level (and there’s, therefore, a chance we could break something), we’ll help you figure out where you can go to get the best help.
